TGV Ticket Waiting List Policy
• The waiting list will be activated only when the show is 100% sold out.
• The Box Office will manage the waiting list process.
• The waiting list opens 30 minutes before the scheduled performance. We do not operate a phone-in waiting list.
• Any released/returned tickets will be distributed to the waiting list in arrival order; distribution may not begin until just before announced start time.
• The name/party must be present at the theatre (no phone calls). If the name/party is not present, that party is moved to the bottom of the list. The next name/party present will be called.
• TGV cannot guarantee seats will be available.
• Specific seat location requests cannot be accommodated.
